As in previous years, the event will bring together renowned scholars from Poland and abroad, representing a wide range of disciplines. Our discussions will focus on the history of food and medicine, approached from a variety of methodological and cultural perspectives. This year’s edition will also include a special panel on education in Constantinople.
Plenary lectures will be delivered by:
