As every year, in January, we encourage you to join the global #Veganuary challenge. As a reminder, #Veganuary first appeared in 2014, thanks to a British non-governmental organisation that has been encouraging people to adopt a vegan diet ever since, suggesting that as part of your New Year's resolutions, you can try eating plant-based meals for the first 31 days of the new year (and ideally, stick to them for the rest of the year ;).
