During the fair, participants will have the opportunity to meet experts from the Regional Examination Boards, who, during a series of lectures, will discuss examination requirements in detail, highlight the most common mistakes and explain how to avoid them.
It is also the perfect opportunity to take advantage of free careers guidance and discover which professions of the future best match talents and predispositions of high school students.
This year, the programme of the “Łódź Perspektywy Salon Maturzystów” will also feature sessions prepared by students and staff of the University of Lodz:

On both days of the fair, a presentation of the University of Lodz will be delivered by our Ambassador, Maja Bagieńska.
The fair is, of course, also an opportunity for direct contact with representatives of universities from across the country. Visitors can speak with students and academic staff, experience the atmosphere of different institutions and find out which degree programmes offer the greatest opportunities for personal and professional development.
Once again, selected editions of the “Perspektywy Salon Maturzystów” will feature a joint stand of the City of Łódź and the city’s three leading public universities: the University of Lodz, the Medical University of Lodz and Lodz University of Technology. Together, we will present the comprehensive offer of Academic Łódź under the banner “Study in Łódź”. Representatives of the universities and the City of Łódź will encourage young people to study in Łódź by showcasing the city’s rich educational, cultural, tourist and economic opportunities.
At the fair in Łódź, you will also find a dedicated University of Lodz zone. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss the admissions process with representatives of the University of Lodz Admission Centre. You will also learn about the support available to students through the University of Lodz Support and Accessibility Centre. In addition, experts from the University of Lodz Career Office and Student Activities Team will explain how the University supports students in their professional development and helps them build successful careers. Visitors to the Łódź fair will also find stands representing individual faculties of the University of Lodz, so we can assure you that even the most detailed questions will be answered.
"Perspektywy Salon Maturzystów" – Not Only in Łódź
We will also be encouraging young people to discover that Łódź is a friendly and vibrant city in which to study, live and work during the fairs held in:
- Gdańsk – 3-4 September, at the University of Gdańsk
- Wrocław – 15-16 September, at Wrocław University of Science and Technology
- Poznań – 17-18 September, at Poznań University of Technology
- Kraków – 21-22 September, at Jagiellonian University
- Warsaw – 24-25 September, at SGH Warsaw School of Economics
Many high school students emphasise that participation in the event became their first real step into adulthood, giving them an opportunity to consciously choose their path of development and discover new interests. So, do not miss this opportunity. Come and talk to us!
