Dominika Świątczak, M.Sc., a UL graduate in the field of chemistry with a specialty in cosmetic chemistry, has been working at Delia Cosmetics for 8 years.

Dominika Świątczak, M.Sc., started her industrial doctorate at the UL Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences in 2020, carrying out research in the area of cosmetic pigment analysis in order to increase the quality of finished products and optimize production processes. Currently, as a technologist in the Research & Development laboratory of color cosmetics, her work is mainly focused on formulating and technology of make-up cosmetics. The main goal of the implementation doctorate is to connect the world of science with the world of industry, and Ms. Dominika promotes this idea at our faculty as well as supporting, together with Delia Cosmetics, the development of the Chemistry of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals with elements of business.

The first scientific success of Mrs. Dominika is a publication that appeared in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/ics.12836)). 


The ministerial implementation doctorate "Industrial PhD" programme has been carried out since 2017. This year, the call for proposals for the 7th edition of the programme will take place.
