- specialist translation, terminological issues in translation,

- French-Polish contrastive lexicography in perspective translation,

- comparative stylistics,

- linguistic pragmatics of verbal humour,

- functions of linguistic humour in foreign language didactics,

- dialectology and history of the Italian language,

- dialectal elements in Italian satirical poetry of the sixteenth century,

- translation didactics and foreign language didactics at the university level (French, Italian, Spanish).
