The Electronic Publishing and Depositing Team provides comprehensive support throughout the process of publishing electronic versions of journals and monographs issued by the University of Łódź Press:

• creating and updating journal websites on the University of Łódź Open Journal System (OJS) platform ( https://czasopisma.uni.lodz.pl ), as well as monograph websites on the Open Monograph Press (OMP) platform ( https://press.uni.lodz.pl ),
• providing technical support to users of the OJS and OMP platforms,
• preparing and quality-checking electronic files of monographs and scholarly articles, particularly in HTML and EPUB formats,
• preparing, verifying, and updating publication metadata,
• registering DOI identifiers and submitting and updating metadata in Crossref,
• publishing electronic versions of journals in OJS, RUŁ, CEEOL, EBSCO, Index Copernicus, DOAJ, Polona, and ScienceON,
• publishing and depositing monographs in open access in OMP, RUŁ, CEEOL, DOAB, Google Books, Polona, and EBSCO,
• making monographs available through online bookstores, both for sale and in open access,
• systematically expanding the range of monographs available in open access,
• monitoring the effectiveness of publication indexing and taking measures to increase the visibility and accessibility of publications in scholarly databases, library catalogues, and search engines,
• submitting mandatory electronic copies to the National Library of Poland and the Jagiellonian Library,
• making e-books published by the University of Łódź Press available for sale,
• monitoring and gradually improving the digital accessibility of electronic publications and supported platforms in accordance with WCAG guidelines.
