Teaching responsibilities:

• preparing and delivering classes for students;

• conducting course assessments and assisting in the administration of examinations.

Research responsibilities:

• conducting and participating in scientific research and development projects;

• active participation in academic conferences and scientific seminars;

• disseminating research findings through peer-reviewed academic publications.

Organizational responsibilities:

• participation in organizational activities of the university;

• continuous professional development and enhancement of qualifications;

• serving as the Coordinator of the Psychological Testing Laboratory at the Institute of Psychology, University of Łódź;

• serving as the Secretary of the Recruitment Committee (academic year 2020/2021);

• serving as the second academic supervisor of the Student Scientific Society of Psychosexology (2023–2025).
