BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

I work as an assistant professor in the Department of International Trade at the Institute of Economics at the University of Lodz. My main interests concentrate on various aspects of the internationalization process of companies, both from the organizational side (forms, motives, paths, and effects of internationalization) and from the marketing side (expansion strategies, international marketing, and cultural aspects of international business). I have participated in several research projects (3 of which were funded by the EU and the National Science Center), which resulted in nearly 50 publications (books, chapters in monographs, and articles). I am a member of the Eurasia Business and Economics Society.

My professional experience also includes the position of Editorial Secretary in Acta Universitatis Lodziensis Folia Oeconomica (2009-2012), and currently (as of 03.2020) I serve as Editor-in-Chief of the journal Ekonomia Międzynarodowa / International Economics.
