For the Master’s thesis entitled Recommender Systems from the Perspective of EU Consumer Law, she received the First Prize of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for the best Master’s thesis in the field of consumer protection (2024), as well as a distinction from the Competition Law Association.
Graduate of the École de Droit Français de Lodz (Université de Tours and University of Lodz, 2022) and Erasmus+ scholarship holder at Université Grenoble-Alpes (DU Diplôme de Droit Français, 2023). Participant in the Interfaculty School of French Law (Université de Toulouse and University of Gdańsk, 2021) and the international summer school in European competition law at the Academy of European Law (ERA) in Trier (NAWA PROM programme, 2025). Participant in the INSEAD Summer School – an intensive programme in management, strategy, and business leadership – organised by INSEAD (Institut européen d’administration des affaires) in Fontainebleau, France (2024).
She is preparing a doctoral dissertation entitled Green Interface Design: Consumer Protection in EU Law Between Technology and Sustainability under the supervision of Prof. dr hab. Monika Namysłowska. She is the principal investigator of research projects funded by the National Science Centre (PRELUDIUM 24, funding for 2026–2029) and the University of Lodz (IDUB UŁ, funding for 2025–2027).
Author of publications in Polish, English, and French in the field of EU consumer law in the context of digitalisation and sustainability, with particular emphasis on digital interface design (dark patterns), recommender systems, green nudging, greenwashing, and the limits of interference with consumer decision-making autonomy, as well as on smart cities and the digitalisation of public administration.
