  • 1.Cooperation with national and international libraries as part of interlibrary loan services

    • requesting and sending library materials (books and articles)
    • sending reminders to libraries that fail to return loaned publications on time

  • 2. Reader services in the Local Lending Department

    • registering readers
    • assisting with searching for required materials, using databases, and providing bibliological and library information
    • operating the cash register
