Department of Physical Geography

My teaching responsibilities cover environmental and general geography modules (including ‘Fundamentals of Physical Geography’, ‘Environmental Management and Protection’, and ‘Regional Geography of the World’), as well as topics in meteorology and climatology for students on the Environmental Protection degree programme.

My research focuses on contemporary climate change, including the temporal and spatial variability of selected characteristics, extreme events (particularly in the field of hydrometeorology), as well as the co-occurrence of phenomena and the relationships between them.
