Assistant Professor | Lecturer
I am an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz. I prepared my doctoral dissertation in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences, focusing on IT best practices and standards in digital transformation management processes within organizations. Concurrently, I hold a formal psychology background, which complements my specialised knowledge regarding technology and people in the digital world. My professional experience spans over 25 years in consulting firms and international corporations, where I led IT departments, focusing on enhancing their operational efficiency, and managed complex IT initiatives based on SAP and Microsoft technologies. I strongly believe in building authentic, trust-based relationships and the importance of creating an inclusive work environment as a key element of modern organisations.
My main research interests are situated at the intersection of management, technology, and psychology, and include issues of technological stress, digital wellbeing, and human-tech interaction.
I am fluent in English and German, with a good command of Russian and Czech. Privately, I am a certified animal physiotherapist (zoophysiotherapist), and my commitment to animal care provides me with a valuable path to developing empathy and a better understanding of both people and the world.
