Didactic classes and scientific undertakings that are related to the profile of studies and research areas.
The first of the research areas is related to the participation of American and European countries in international organizations and institutions, the policy and strategy of these organizations in shaping the international security environment. In this respect, the development of bilateral and multilateral relations in individual regions.
The second research area focuses on strategic state security management. It includes the policy and strategy of the state – states, including their participation in shaping the security, national and international environment with the participation of international organizations. This area also includes issues related to responding to emergencies, crisis situations, with the participation of states and international security organizations related to ensuring order, stability, development, as well as peace in conflict areas and in post-conflict activities.
The third of the research areas is an interpretation of the other two and includes works on the theory of national and international security. These works are a reflection on the strategic activities of security entities in a praxeological perspective.
The fourth research area covered issues related to energy security, its provision based on existing and new technologies, accompanying solutions adapted to the real conditions of the state.
The fifth research area concerns the management of water safety and retention in the Polish and European Union formula. It is unique due to the nature and formula of the knowledge presented. Jarosław Gryz, together with Dr. Sławomir Gromadzki, has identified a new, previously non-existent subfield of knowledge in security sciences in Polish science.
The indicated areas include authorship or co-authorship of scientific publications, in particular scientific monographs, a series of thematically related scientific articles and project works. Scientific achievements can be verified based on the author's domains:
