POSITION DESCRIPTION
BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
My work focuses on contemporary American prose, especially queer literature. I have been teaching at the University of Lodz since 2017, first as a PhD student and now as an assistant professor. I teach American literature, culture and history, as well as academic writing. Since 2019, I have also been the secretary of a Polish queer studies journal InterAlia. Finally, I look after a queer student club called IQARUS.

ACHIEVEMENTS
In 2022, when I obtained my doctorate in Literature Studies at the University of Lodz, I graduated with honors. The book based on my PhD thesis has been accepted for publication by Routledge.
In 2023, following my first term as a full-time employee at the University of Lodz, I had the pleasure of being one of the 10 best-reviewed lecturers at our Institute.
