My Responsibilities as an Assistant Professor Include:
- Conducting and participating in scientific research in the field of electrochemistry and electroanalysis.
- Securing research funding by applying for grants and encouraging students to apply, as well as assisting them in writing project proposals, such as Student Research Grants.
- Disseminating the results of scientific and developmental research.
- Popularizing science by giving interviews related to my research work.
- Actively participating in scientific conferences and seminars.
- Organizing scientific conferences.
- Reviewing scientific articles.

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
Since 2019, I have been employed as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Łódź, in the Department of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry. My academic background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, specializing in Chemical Analytics (2010),
- Master's degree in Chemical Analytics (2015),
- Doctoral studies (2019) at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Łódź.
My scientific research focuses primarily on the development of novel electrochemical sensors and the fabrication of materials through electrochemically assisted processes.
During my doctoral studies, I completed seven short-term research internships (up to 30 days) at international research institutions, including in Slovenia, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Serbia.
In 2020, I was awarded the French Government Scholarship (BFG), which allowed me to undertake a two-month postdoctoral internship at a prestigious scientific-academic laboratory affiliated with The University of Lorraine (France) and the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS, France).
ACHIEVEMENTS
Scientific and Organizational Awards:
- 2nd Degree Team Award of the Rector of UMCS for scientific and research achievements in 2017; a series of publications on kinetics and electrode mechanisms, determination of selected organic compounds, and characterization of adsorption processes at the electrode/solution and solid/solution interfaces.
- Team Award of the Rector of the University of Łódź for outstanding scientific and research achievements in the field of exact sciences, funded by the cohesion fund, for a series of publications in 2017 on carbon nanomaterials in voltammetric analysis of biologically active compounds.
- Gold Medal for Best Poster at the 5th National Conference "Innovations in Practice", Lublin, April 5–6, 2018 (K. Sipa, M. Brycht, V. Guzsvány, S. Skrzypek), for the work on boron-doped diamond electrode modified with carbon nanotubes and β-cyclodextrins in voltammetric analysis of the pesticide carbendazim.
- Team Award of the Rector of the University of Łódź for outstanding scientific and research achievements in the field of exact sciences, funded by the cohesion fund, for a series of publications in 2018 on the fabrication and characterization of next-generation electrodes and their applications in the voltammetric analysis of selected biologically active compounds.
- Rector's Distinction of the University of Łódź for outstanding doctoral activities in service to and for the benefit of the University of Łódź in 2019.
- 3rd Degree Scientific Award of the Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry for authors of outstanding scientific publications in the category of original research papers (2020).
- 1st Degree Scientific Award of the Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry for authors of outstanding scientific publications in the category of review articles (2020).
- 3rd Degree Individual Organizational Award of the Rector (2022).
- 3rd Degree Individual Organizational Award of the Rector (2023).
- 1st Degree Team Award of the Rector of the University of Łódź for outstanding scientific and research achievements in the field of exact sciences, funded by the cohesion fund, for a series of publications in 2022 on electroanalysis and electrochemical deposition of materials for electroanalytical applications.
