Teaching courses in English for Specific Purposes, with a particular focus on Business English, as well as supervising BA seminars in applied linguistics, business communication and discourse analysis.

Conducting research in corpus linguistics, discourse analysis and applied linguistics, with particular emphasis on:

• the analysis of specialised texts and discourses using quantitative and qualitative methods as well as corpus-based tools;

• research on corporate discourse, business communication and digital entrepreneurial discourse, including the discourse of women entrepreneurs;

• the analysis of linguistic strategies used to construct evaluation, stance, professional identity and agency in business communication;

• the teaching of English for Specific Purposes, particularly Business English, with the use of corpus methods, corpus tools and new technologies;

• the application of corpus linguistics and digital tools to the teaching of English for Specific Purposes.

Serving as the Coordinator for Promotion of the Department of Specialized Languages and Intercultural Communication, including the planning and implementation of the Department’s promotional activities and its communication across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
