Teaching:

Scientific interests:

  • Physiological response of plants to abiotic environmental stresses - pot cultures of higher plants and sterile in vitro cultures of aquatic macrophytes.
  • The use of seed priming to improve their quality and germination parameters.
  • Searching for and using natural plant biostimulants.
  • Studying the role of melatonin in plants.
  • Using the antioxidant potential of phytochemicals in obtaining new sources of functional food and natural cosmeceuticals.

  • Member of the Appeal Disciplinary Committee for PhD Students of the University of Lodz for the term 2021-2024
