Preparing the draft annual plan for renovation and investment of educational and student facilities in both technical scope and financial terms, based on completed technical inspections;

Monitoring the implementation of works included in the renovation and investment plan in terms of scope, technical compliance, and financial execution;

Conducting periodic technical inspections of buildings once a year, and in the case of large-area buildings twice a year – inspecting elements exposed to harmful atmospheric conditions and collecting reports of works required to be carried out in the following year;

Conducting periodic technical inspections of buildings once every five years – assessing the technical condition, suitability for use of the building structure, as well as the aesthetics of the building and its surroundings;

Preparing the scope of work for tendering/requests for quotations, verifying and signing contracts for periodic inspections of chimney flues (smoke, exhaust, and ventilation);

Preparing requests for quotations, verifying and agreeing on prices and scope of work for roof maintenance works in university facilities for individual years;

Preparing and conducting tender procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Law for design and construction works (scope of works, investor cost estimates, Terms of Reference);

Supervising the proper execution of construction works in terms of compliance with the building permit conditions, regulations, standards, safety requirements, and principles of technical knowledge;

Participating in technical acceptance procedures of individual elements and works, as well as entire renovation and investment projects in accordance with concluded contracts, including financial settlement;

Collecting and maintaining technical documentation of supervised facilities and as-built documentation;

Reporting completed works to the Sanitary Inspection Authority, the Fire Department, and the Building Supervision Authority;

Supervising the removal of failures and maintenance works;

Cooperating with trade inspectors and building users to ensure the proper condition of supervised facilities;

Submitting applications to institutions that may grant funding for project implementation, e.g., the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (WFOŚiGW), the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW), the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON), the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW), the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (MKiDN), the Marshal’s Office, and managing projects after obtaining funding, including settlement, monitoring, and reporting during the project durability period
