The Director of the Centre for Court Expertise and Market Analysis (CeSAR) is responsible for organising, coordinating, and developing the Centre’s activities. The Centre’s mission is to bridge the University’s academic and expert knowledge with the needs of the judiciary, businesses, and other external institutions.

The Director’s key responsibilities include, in particular:

• managing the Centre’s day-to-day operations and coordinating the projects and expert assignments carried out by the Centre;

• representing the Centre in its relations with courts, public prosecutors’ offices, law firms, businesses, public institutions, and other external entities;

• receiving and assessing requests for expert opinions, expert reports, economic and market analyses, and other specialised studies.
