Assistant at the Department of Criminal Law of the University of Lodz.

Expert of the University of Lodz in substantive criminal law and criminal procedure.

Advocate.


Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, majoring in law, specialising in criminal law, in 2021, with a very good grade.

Since 2021 a phD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Lodz in the field of legal sciences. Accepted with the highest score in the admission procedure. Doctoral dissertation devoted to the criminal law protection of the dignity of the individual in Polish criminal law in preparation.


Head of the INTERCEPT - International Cybercrime Research Project research grant, awarded under the Initiative for Excellence - Research University (IDUB) programme. The aim of the research is to analyse selected issues in the field of combating cybercrime on the grounds of Polish criminal legislation in the light of international normative standards and to revise the existing procedure contained in Section XIII of the Code of Criminal Procedure and concerning proceedings in criminal cases from international relations.


Contractor in projects carried out under research grants - short-term scientific missions (STSM) - by COST Association - European Cooperation in Science and Technology.


A two-time grantee of the PROM programme funded by the National Agency for Academic Exchange.


As part of the implementation of the aforementioned projects and preparation of her doctoral dissertation, she has completed research stays at recognised foreign research institutions, including Harvard Law School (2024), University of Cambridge (2025), Università degli Studi di Padova (2023), Università Bocconi (2021), Universidade de Lisboa (2023) and Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2025).

1) Digital Constitutionalism School under the auspices of the Università degli Studi di Firenze, the European University Institute and the Università Bocconi (Florence, 2024);

2) Summer School on Misinformation, Disinformation and Hate Speech under the auspices of the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute and the Società Italiana per l'Organizzazione Internazionale (Rome, 2024);

3) Summer School on Internet Governance and International Law under the auspices of the Lodz Cyber Hub (Lodz, 2024).

1) 12th Congress of Societas Humboldtiana Polonorum, organised by the Societas Humboldtiana Polonorum Association of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation Scholars (Łódź, 2023);

2) 7th European Multidisciplinary Conference on Global Internet Governance Actors, Regulations, Transactions and Strategies GIG-ARTS 2023: The Governance of Cybersecurity: Resilience, Human Rights and Democracy, organised by Università degli Studi di Padova (Padua, 2023);

3) International Criminology Conference, organised by The Policy Studies Organization and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Paris, 2023);

4) Serious and Organised Crime Conference, organised by the Hume Institute for Postgraduate Studies Lausanne and Staffordshire University (Lausanne, 2023).


Originator and co-organiser of the annual Professor Jan Waszczynski Competition for the best trial role in a criminal trial.

Her greatest professional passion is defending defendants in criminal cases.
