administering and coordinating cooperation agreements with foreign institutions, including managing the process of submitting and reviewing framework agreements and supporting other units in developing international partnerships,

implementation of international mobility programmes for students and staff, particularly Erasmus+ and other educational programmes supporting academic exchange,

directing the participation of Uni Lodz in the European Universities alliance UNIC, representing the University within the consortium, and coordinating activities carried out at both national and international levels,

supporting university faculties in the implementation of international educational projects,

applying for external funding and implementing projects that support the internationalisation of Uni Lodz,

developing and promoting the internationalisation strategy, as well as cooperating with internal university units and external partners to strengthen the global presence of Uni Lodz.
