Scope of responsibilities:

• developing and delivering teaching courses for students,
• conducting scientific research in the field of project management, particularly in the creative, film, and audiovisual sectors,
• presenting and publishing research findings at academic conferences and in scholarly publications,
• coordinating and participating in national and international research teams,
• reviewing diploma theses and academic articles, including for the journal Zarządzanie w Kulturze,
• serving on committees conducting diploma examinations,
• preparing expert opinions, analyses, reports and evaluations concerning project management, particularly in the film production environment and the audiovisual sector.
