I manage the work of the Faculty Development Centre.
I coordinate, supervise, and support the FDC team in their projects in the following areas:

• Internationalization.
• Organization of Faculty events.
• Faculty social media and website.
• Information and communication.
• Promotion of science and Faculty activities.
• Cooperation with Faculty student research clubs and student organizations.
• Graphic and multimedia services for the needs of the Faculty. Care for the visual identity of the University of Łódź.
• Recruitment for first and second cycle studies.
• Maintaining a warehouse of faculty promotional materials.
• Cooperation and contact with the media.
• Reporting and accounting

I specialize in entrepreneurship and SMEs. I study the demand-side determinants of SME financing related to the entrepreneur, particularly those relevant to business angels.
