I invite you to a seminar on administrative law for part-time students of administration (2nd degree of USM). The subject of the seminar (as well as the topics of master's theses) focuses on current regulations of broadly understood administrative law, both the so-called general part and the constitutional law and substantive administrative law.

I also conduct teaching and scientific and research activities in the field of administrative law (general, constitutional and substantive) with particular emphasis on issues related to the law-making of administrative bodies, their control as well as issues related to the investment and construction process (real estate management, spatial planning and development law and construction law).
