Conducting classes that are well-prepared in terms of content and methodology. The number of teaching hours is determined by the University of Lodz authorities and applicable legal regulations. Performing other professional tasks consistent with the profile of the University of Lodz organizational unit, including: serving on university, faculty, and other committees and teams – based on separate appointments; participating in organizational work, such as organizing seminars, conferences, workshops, research clubs, etc.; collaborating with domestic and international research and teaching institutions, and performing other work related to the teaching process, scientific activities, and promotion of the University, Faculty, and other University of Lodz organizational units. All activities are performed with a view to ensuring high quality of education and compliance of teaching with the principles of the internal quality assurance system.
