- supporting staff and PhD candidates of University of Lodz using the Laboratory in their scientific development by helping them make the best possible use of POMiSTB equipment and in selecting appropriate research methods;

- disseminating the results of jointly conducted scientific or development research by publishing findings in journals listed in the Journal Citation Reports;

- 0perating specialized research equipment available in the Laboratory;

- assisting in conducting teaching classes using the Laboratory’s research equipment and facilities;

- presenting the Laboratory’s research capabilities and scientific achievements as part of promotional activities.
