Verification and formal and accounting control of documents relating to scientific and research activities financed from subsidies, including the Scientific Development Fund, concerning the following faculties: Philosophy and History, Law and Administration, and Philology, as well as other documents indicated by the coordinator, within the framework of scientific and research activities
Approval of documents and preparation of transfers, in accordance with the assigned scope of duties
Monitoring progress in the implementation of financial plans based on documentation stored in university systems
Conducting ad hoc analyses in response to current needs
Verifying and entering data into POL-on as part of the commercialisation of scientific research results and research services provided on behalf of external entities
Entering contractors into the financial and accounting system for the following faculties: Biology and Environmental Protection, Philology, Chemistry, Physics and Applied Computer Science, Law and Administration, Mathematics and Computer Science
