In the years 2012-2016 Vice-Dean for Program and Student Affairs;
From 2012 - Head of the Chair of Management at the University of Lodz, Head of the Sub-department of Knowledge Management, and from 2020 Head of the Sub-department of Management Theory;
Since 2015, a member of the Organization and Management Sciences Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN)
2012 - degree of doctor habilitated in economics based on the dissertation "Modelling employee competencies in an organization";
1999 - PhD in economics in the field of management sciences based on the thesis "Internal determinants of the strategic situation of the enterprise". Promoter: prof. dr hab. Marcin Bielski;
Research internships at: University of Texas (Austin, USA), IC2 Institute (2003); Middlesex University - Business School, London (1994); European School of Management (EAP) Oxford (1993);
Since 1995, working at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz in the Chair of Management.
