• concluding bilateral agreements with higher education institutions,
• recruiting students for studies under the Erasmus+ programme,
• supervising students' stays at foreign universities,
• organising stays for incoming international students,
• recruiting academic staff for teaching mobilities under the Erasmus+ programme.
