We encourage academic teachers and university administrative staff to take part in the training courses developed within WP3 – Transformational Toolkit for University Lecturers and Administrators.

The programme aims to develop competences that support modern teaching, academic entrepreneurship, innovative management and the institutional transformation of higher education institutions.

Six Thematic Areas

The programme comprises six training modules:

  • Digital Teaching in Life Sciences – using digital tools and technologies in the educational process, taking into account the DigCompEdu competence framework.
  • Entrepreneurial and Inspirational Teaching – developing students’ entrepreneurial competences and applying innovative teaching methods based on the EntreComp framework.
  • Skills Forecasting and Microcredentials – identifying future skills needs and designing systems for recognising learning outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial and Engaged University Strategy – creating university development strategies focused on innovation, entrepreneurship and cooperation with external stakeholders.
  • Institutional Transformation via HEInnovate – using the HEInnovate tool to support organisational change, entrepreneurship development, digital transformation and internationalisation.
  • University Analytics and Regional Engagement – using data and indicators to improve management, evaluate regional cooperation and measure universities’ social and economic impact.

Why Should You Take Part?

The training courses provide an opportunity to expand your knowledge and become familiar with practical tools that can be applied in everyday teaching, administrative and managerial work.

Although the DeepBioTech project focuses on the field of life sciences, many of the topics presented are interdisciplinary in nature and can also be applied in other academic disciplines, including management sciences.

The training materials include presentations, educational resources, video recordings and webinars. The programme also offers participants the opportunity to verify their knowledge and obtain certificates confirming the competences they have acquired.
