He believes in the power of a positive mindset, a healthy distance to professional challenges, the advantage of potential over experience and intuition in decision-making supported by well-calculated risk. He is a strong advocate of empowerment, understood as delegating decision-making authority and responsibility to his teams. He has led large teams, combining the ability to build relationships and motivate people with the achievement of business objectives.
He assumed his current position in July 2025. Previously, between 2019 and 2025, he served as General Manager for Poland and the Baltic States at JDE. Earlier, from 2017 to 2019, he worked as Managing Director for Poland and the Baltic States at Mondelēz International, a company offering consumers brands such as Milka, Oreo, Prince Polo and belVita.
Janusz Idczak gained his professional experience in the FMCG sector, holding numerous roles in Sales and Marketing at companies including Ferrero, Mondelēz and Jacobs Douwe Egberts.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź, where he completed a degree in Human Resource Management in International Organisations.
