She graduated in Art History from the Faculty of Philosophy and History at the University of Łódź (1998) and completed Postgraduate Managerial Studies at the University of Warsaw (2005). Her professional career has been closely connected with culture, both in the field of visual arts and through her work for Łódź theatres.
She worked at the City Art Gallery in Łódź as an Exhibition Organisation Specialist (2000–2009), at Pinokio Theatre in Łódź as Deputy Director (2009–2014), then at the City of Łódź Office as Director of the Culture Department (2014–2015), and since 2015 she has been Deputy Director of the Henryk Ryl Arlekin Puppet Theatre in Łódź.
She was a member of the founding group that launched the “Dotknij Teatru” (“Touch the Theatre”) initiative in 2010, and until 2022 she served on the programme council of the project. In 2023 she was awarded the “Meritorious for Polish Culture” medal.
