Dance researcher and curator, cultural manager. She holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies and Psychology from the University of Łódź and Université Lyon II. She completed her PhD at Université Paris III Sorbonne Nouvelle and the University of Łódź. She also completed postgraduate studies in diplomacy and business management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
From 2010 to 2017, she was deputy director of the Institute of Music and Dance, and from 2018 to 2020, ballet director at the Wrocław Opera. She then became ballet director at the Grand Theatre in Łódź. From 2007 to 2010 and 2021 to 2022, she served as artistic coordinator of the Ciało/Umysł International Contemporary Dance Festival.
Author of critical and academic texts and editor of publications on dance, including *European Dance since 1989. Communitas and the Other* (2014) and *Polish Women Artists of the Dance Avant-Garde* (2017). Co-editor of *Słownik tańca współczesnego* (together with Prof. Małgorzata Leyko, 2022).
