A graduate of Polish Studies at the University of Łódź, postgraduate studies in Cultural Management at the University of Łódź, and postgraduate studies in modern art history at the Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
She has been active in the cultural and media sectors since her university years. From 2011 to 2015, she was associated with the Łódź branch of Polish Television (TVP), where she worked as a reporter for Łódzkie Wiadomości Dnia and hosted the program “Strefa Piotrkowska.” Earlier, during internships at TVP Łódź, she worked in the Culture Department under Editor Leszek Bonar, contributing to the production of programs such as “Teatr Wielki zza kulis,” “Magazyn kulturalny,” “Akademia Muzyki,” and “Region kultury.”
Before joining TVP, she was also involved with the Student Radio Żak, where she hosted morning and afternoon shows and read news bulletins. Her journalistic journey began with her activity in the Journalism Students’ Scientific Circle at the University of Łódź—this first step led to several years of professional work in the media.
After leaving TVP Łódź, she joined the Department of Culture, where for a year and a half she served as coordinator of the projects team. From 2017 until July 2021, she was Deputy Director of the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, overseeing, among others, the Promotion and Marketing Department, the Education Department, the Administration Department, and the Exhibitions and Publications Department.
Since July 2021, she has been the Director of the Museum of the City of Łódź, whose main headquarters are located in the Poznański Family Palace; however, the Museum also includes the Museum of Sport and Tourism branch and the “Dętka Canal”. She is also the originator of the award for Women of Łódź – Initiators distinctions that have been presented since 2025 to outstanding contemporary women of Łódź.
She serves on the Council of the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź. For her professional achievements, she has been awarded the decoration “For Merits to the City of Łódź.”
Privately, she is the mother of twin daughters, Helenka and Hania. She loves reading biographies, roller skating, and cannot imagine a world without music.
