A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz (Accounting and Financial Management). She also completed Executive MBA studies at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. For years associated with financial management in production companies.
As the Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance, Bilplast SA she is responsible, among others, for shaping and implementing the company's financial strategy, implementing plans and strategies, as well as coordinating and controlling the work of subordinate directors.
