Michał operates at the intersection of business operations and technology, supporting management teams in translating corporate strategy into operational reality. His approach focuses not on implementing isolated initiatives, but on building integrated operating models where people, processes, and technology form a cohesive whole. This synergy leads to measurable results, increased efficiency, faster decision-making, process stability, and organizational scalability.
He has been associated with the business services sector for nearly two decades. For over 17 years, he worked at Infosys BPM, where his career progressed from Business Application Specialist to Europe Head – Technology Solution Group & Quality. In that role, he was responsible for the digital automation agenda, technology revenue growth, and service quality across the EMEA region. As a member of the management team at Infosys BPM Poland, he co-managed an organization of over 2,000 employees, shaping the center’s development directions as well as its operational and technological strategies. He directly led teams of over 200 specialists across multiple European locations and was responsible for developing technological competencies within the organization. Earlier in his career, he headed the Quality, Process Excellence & Transformation department at the Infosys center in Łódź, created the Lean2Win program and the Lean Center of Excellence, and led global transformation projects for clients in the CPG sector.
Michał is an alumnus of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź, where he studied Computer Science and Econometrics (2001–2006).
Areas of expertise: strategic thinking and translating strategy into operational actions, managing organizations and teams in international environments, operational excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization), designing operating models, leveraging technology—automation, AI, and data—as a lever for efficiency and business advantage.
