Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Mini MBA management studies at the University of Lodz. In addition, he is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed his Management Studies with honours. He is one of the first people in Poland to professionally deal with the CSR. An expert of the event market in Poland. In 2011 he was nominated by the readers of MICE Poland for the Personality of the Year in the event industry. He has been involved in the insurance industry since the beginning of his career, first with the Polonia Insurance and Reinsurance Company (now Uniqa SA), then with the Lodz Branch of TUiR Warta. Until 31 December 2015, he served as a Director of Social Engagement at the Company's Headquarters, responsible for all corporate social responsibility activities carried out at PZU.
