A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. Immediately after graduation, she started working in the judiciary. After completing her judicial training, he continuously adjudicates in civil divisions of Lodz courts at all levels. Since 1997, he has been running an active training activity. She trains judges, legal advisers, trainee judges and trainee solicitors/attorneys. She has been awarded the golden badge "Meritorious for the Counselor's Self-Government" and the "XXX Medal of the Counselor's Self-Government". Since 2010, she has been a lecturer at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. She served as a member of the recruitment committees for the general judicial training programme and as a member of the examination board for the judicial exam in 2025.

She is a co-author of a series of casebooks on civil procedure published by the National School, as well as numerous academic publications in the broad field of civil law.

Between 1997 and Poland’s accession to the European Union, she participated in a programme organised by the Ministry of Justice aimed at preparing the Polish judiciary for EU membership. She took part in many courses and conferences devoted to this subject, both in Poland and abroad. In December 2005, she attended training on civil court hearings organised for Polish judges at The National Judicial College in Reno, USA.

She is a founding member of the Łódź Branch of the Polish Judges’ Association “Iustitia”. From 2004 to 2007, she served as Vice-President of the national Board, and from May 2009, for three consecutive terms, she was President of the Board of the Łódź Branch of the Association.

In 2019, she completed postgraduate studies in Methods of Supporting Interpersonal Relations – Life Coaching at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź, offered by the Department of Sociology of Organisation and Management.
