Wojciech Antoniak is an expert in property and casualty insurance with many years of professional experience. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Łódź and holds a licensed actuary qualification.
He began his professional career in finance departments, where he was responsible for calculating technical insurance reserves. He currently specialises in developing pricing models for mass-market property and casualty insurance. He has worked for companies such as PwC, Generali, Allianz and Warta, and at Allianz he served as Chief Actuary.
At present, he leads a team responsible for tariff development and the implementation of innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. He effectively combines actuarial expertise with modern technologies supporting risk analysis.
Privately, he is a Formula 1 enthusiast and a former competitive swimmer. He continues to actively participate in Masters swimming competitions as well as open-water swimming marathons.
