A leader with over 20 years of experience in finance and IT, specializing in driving organizational efficiency through transformative leadership and cross-cultural team management. She has a proven track record of establishing and scaling Shared Service Centers (SSC) and Centers of Excellence (CoE) both in Europe and globally. Her core expertise encompasses business management, process transformation, optimization, and digitalization, as well as building new processes and organizational units.
She is actively involved in managerial, personal, and talent development programs, including the application of neuropsychology in management, and is a strong advocate for a holistic approach to business. A speaker at numerous international conferences, she is also a former ABSL Leader in Łódź and a former member of the Strategic Board of ABSL Poland.
