ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Among many options of the Erasmus+ programme, you can take part in BIPs – Blended Intensive Programmes. These are short intensive mobilities abroad that involve a combination of physical and virtual component. Their goals include facilitating teamwork and exchange of experience on the basis of collaborative e-learning. During blended intensive programmes, students undertake short-term physical mobility (5 to 30 days) abroad, combined with a necessary virtual component (whose duration is agreed with the university that runs the BIP, or your host university).

Remember! All the documents that you submit to UL or partner university should be filled out on a computer. This will help to avoid problems with reading the content and will speed up the handling of your documents 🙂

BEFORE SIGNING THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

The following is the list of documents that should be e-mailed for verification (before bringing them in person at IRO UL) in order to sign a financial (grant) agreement for student mobility under Erasmus+ BIP:

A certificate issued by the Student Service Centre of the UL that proves receiving a UL social scholarship in the semester of your mobility. This is only applicable to students who marked the “social assistance” field during qualification stage.

Proof of medical insurance policy valid for the period of trip and stay at the host institution, as well as the travel back to the home institution’s country – a copy of European Health Insurance Card or other medical insurance policy valid for the whole period of student mobility abroad in the host country and the days of travel to and from the mobility.

Student who has been qualified for the exchange programme needs to confirm that he/she has read the Privacy Notice (processing and protection) of his/her personal data within the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes set and published by the European Commission on the website: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/erasmus-esc/index/privacy-statement
