Cinema for a Great Start to Autumn
One of the most exciting offerings is the newly restored 4K version of Sofia Coppola’s film “The Virgin Suicides”. This cult story of the five adolescent Lisbon sisters will be screened on 4 September at 3:00 p.m.
Pedro Almodóvar returns with “Bitter Christmas”, a deeply personal story about grief, memory and confronting the past. Screenings will take place on 9, 10 and 23 September.
Another title we should pay attention to is “The Stranger” by François Ozon, a new black-and-white adaptation of Albert Camus’s novel. The film will be screened on 20 and 24 September.
