Dr Lena Grzesiak completed her research internship at Trinity College Dublin – in the heart of the European technology hub – between 20 April and 7 May 2026.
The internship focused on people analytics and technology in HR. Dr Lena Grzesiak took part in debates on the role of technology in the modern world, discussions on the impact of AI on the future of work, and attended open lectures and seminars with international audiences. She also had the opportunity to participate in MBA programme classes and evaluate projects prepared by MBA students from various countries.
The internship resulted in the establishment of new research contacts, the development of new research ideas and plans for joint publications.
The internship was supervised by Professor Na Fu, a renowned researcher in the field of HR technology and human resources analytics.
