A graduate of the University of Łódź, Faculty of Economics and Sociology, with a degree in Finance and Banking, as well as postgraduate studies in Banking.
He has worked in the banking sector since 1995, progressing from an inspector at PKO BP to Vice President of BOŚ Bank. For several years, he additionally served as an assistant professor at the University of Łódź and as a member of Supervisory Boards, including Próchnik and BOŚ Brokerage House. He held managerial positions at the level of branches, departments, and management boards of capital companies, being responsible for sales strategies, operations, and large investment projects. He is an expert in banking, investment projects, the Italian real estate market, and business management. He also acts as an advisor in mergers and acquisitions.
Privately, he actively supports children’s homes and various charitable events. His passions include tourism, tennis, football, and the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
