Nominacja prof. M. Boguckiej-Felczak

Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration, UL - prof. Monika Bogucka-Felczak has been appointed as member of the Main Adjudication Commission in Cases Related to Violation of Public Finance Discipline by the President of the Council of Ministers of RP. The tasks of the Commission member include participation in lawsuits in cases related to violation of public finance discipline, preparation of justifications of the rulings of the Main Adjudication Commission, elaboration of a report on the course of the proceedings to date, as well as discussing the ruling and appeal, and the facts of the case. Congratulations!

 

The Commission deals, among others, with examination of an appeal, in particular an appeal against judgments and complaints against decisions issued by adjudication committees of first instance. It also deals with decisions of the Chief Spokesman for Public Finance Discipline and those brought by the parties through the authority that issued the decision under appeal.

Dr hab., prof. UL Monika Bogucka-Felczak is the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration, UL. Over the years 2019-2020 a Vice-Rector for Research, UL and from 2009 to 2020 the Head of Postgraduate Studies on Local Government Law. The Head of the Department of Public Finance Law since 2017. She has worked as an expert on legislation in the Chancellery of the Sejm and over the years 2011-2015 Monika Bogucka-Felczak had a role of an expert in the project "Good law - efficient governance" realized by, among others, the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. From 2013 to 2019 she was a non-full-time member of the Local Government Appeals Board in Lodz. She is an author and co-author of several dozen publications dealing mostly with local finances, constitutional determinants of the local government financial system and guarantees of financial independence of local government units. The author of many expert opinions and legal opinions prepared for local government units.
