The event will take place on 19 June 2026 (Friday), from 16:00 to 20:00, in the gardens of the Embassy of Spain in Warsaw (ul. Myśliwiecka 4). The meeting will take the form of a Polish–Spanish Picnic, combining a substantive programme with elements of culture and networking.
It is an excellent opportunity to revisit academic memories, exchange experiences, and establish new connections within an international community of individuals linked to Poland and Spain through the Erasmus+ programme.
Who is it for?
The event is by invitation only and is intended for:
- students and graduates from Poland who have completed part of their studies or internships in Spain;
- academic and administrative staff of higher education institutions who have taken part in Erasmus+ mobility programmes to Spain.
Programme
Participants can look forward to a diverse programme delivered in Spanish:
Panel discussions:
- a school panel dedicated to bilingual education;
- an academic panel focusing on the internationalisation of higher education and Erasmus+ projects.
Cultural activities and networking:
- a flamenco dance performance;
- a live culinary demonstration;
- a Spain-themed quiz with prizes;
- a cocktail reception and networking in the embassy garden.

Participation is free of charge; however, the number of places is limited. Prior registration via an online form is required.
