The working group consists of 20 core members selected from 300 candidates in an open call and will operate until May 2026.
The Harnessing Talent Platform (HTP) is a newly formed knowledge-building and experience-exchange platform, whose goal is to support regions in addressing the consequences of the demographic change and in mitigating the challenges associated with the decline of tertiary educated populations across the EU. The task of the working group is to develop recommendations for a strategic framework for the European Commission's support policies.
