We are pleased to inform that the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the University of Lodz (Kamińskiego 27a, Faculty Council Room) will hold a scientific conference entitled: Theories of Sense Perception: External and Internal Senses in the Later Middle Ages on 16-17 October 2025. The conference will focus on medieval concepts of sensory cognition.

The event is organised by dr hab. Marek Gensler, Associate Professor at the University of Lodz, Dr Monika Mansfeld, and dr hab. Monika Michałowska, Associate Professor at the Medical University of Lodz, in cooperation with the University of Lodz and the Medical University of Lodz.
