The periodical has been published since 2003 and has since its inception focused on social and economic issues from the late 18th century to the present day. The journal publishes scholarly articles, reference works, reviews and polemics, while its authors represent numerous research centres in Poland and abroad. All texts are available in Open Access on the OJS platform.
