We are creating the event as part of a broader development direction for the University of Lodz and our partners – building an ecosystem in which academic knowledge truly supports entrepreneurship and the needs of companies inspire new research and technologies.
We focus on cooperation based on genuine synergy: companies gain access to research facilities and scientific expertise, while scientists gain access to market challenges and commercialisation opportunities. This makes knowledge transfer faster and more effective, while the results of scientific work have a real impact on the region's economic development.
The programme includes:
- an inaugural speech by the University of Lodz authorities,
- a keynote speech by Dr Max Bielecki on building effective communication and cooperation in the innovation ecosystem,
- a panel discussion on the role of trust and synergy between science, business, and administration with the participation of dr hab. Wojciech Woźniak, Associate Professor at the University of Lodz, Monika Borowiecka (Tangent Line), Magda Kubicka (ŁSSE) and Monika Standziak-Koresh (PARP),
- a panel discussion on financing research and R&D projects with the participation of dr hab. inż. Andrzej Romanowski (Lodz University of Technology), Szymon Łuczak (Business Butik), and dr inż. Marta Pawłowska (ACC Chemical),
- networking.
Workshops on securing funding for innovation will be held concurrently with the conference.
